Our Story

We decided to open Breakthrough Growth at the end of our first career. Over the course of many phone calls, meetings on pontoon boats, and idea sessions, we discovered that our expertise – while unique to each of our careers – overlaps in significant ways.

As we started to talk more about Breakthrough Growth, we were humbled by the encouragement of our family, colleagues, and partners, many of whom rushed to offer their help, support, and involvement as team members and advisors. With the spark of our idea and the rush of encouragement, we decided it was time to start Breakthrough Growth.
